The Suffolk County Fire Academy will be offering a Fire Officer I Course.
The prerequisites are FFI, Introduction to Fire Officer, STICO, Engine Company Ops OR Ladder Company Ops.
This is a hybrid course that requires extensive on-line work.
Classroom sessions will be conducted at the Fire Academy on Tuesdays, 1-18, 1-25, 2-1, 2-8, 2-15, 2-22, 3-1 and 3-8-22 @ 7:00 pm.
Attendance is required at all sessions.
Required Textbooks: IFSTAs Fire & Emergency Services Company Officer (6th ed).
