This course is designed to enable personnel to operate efficiently using the Incident Command System in supervisory roles on expanding or Type 3 incidents. The course unit topics include ICS fundamentals review, incident/event assessment, unified command, incident resource management, planning process, demobilization, transfer of command, and closeout.
